I remember back in 2001 when the department Of Homeland, (Father Land) Security was revealed to the public. It was described as an institution to defend American Borders from 'Terrorist attacks'. It seems now that it's not only used to spy on American citizens, but also to capture paedophiles. I don't disagree with arresting these men, (and women).
